Scan Eagle

The Scan Eagle is a single engine, fixed-wing unmanned aircraft developed by In Situ and operated by the University of Alaska at Fairbanks. This medium-altitude, long-duration aircraft is catapault launched and lands using a Skyhook recovery system enabling operations in remote regions that lack conventional runways. NASA partnered with UAF to support the MIZOPEX mission.
